TERMS & CONDITIONS:-
1) All monthly billing base on calendar month. Subsequent Rates must be paid in advance.
2) The room Rates is NON-REFUNDABLE upon confirmation / payment. Only security deposit is refundable.
3) We would require a minimum of 07 DAYS notice prior to check-out.
4) Provision of Common Kitchen (Cooking Utensils are not provided)
5) Forfeiture of reservation fee for any cancellation of room reservation less than 14Days before the day of
check-in.
6) East Lodge Management reserves the rights to revise the room rates at any time. |
