Terms & Conditions
1) The room Rates is renewable accordingly as per contractual period with advance Rates – this applies to existing
tenant as well.
2) The room rate is inclusive of the standard furnishing electrical, water utilities charges & usage of the fully
equipped kitchen which is centrally located. Cooking utensils are not provided.
3) Centrally located laundry room furnished with iron, ironing board, coin-operated washing machine and spin-dryer.
4) All rooms come with an attached bathroom (Hot & Cold) and are fully air-conditioned. (24 hrs)
5) Additional utilities charges would be charged for additional electrical items such as refrigerator & television set.
6) The room Rates is NON-REFUNDABLE upon confirmation / payment. ONLY the security deposit is refundable.
7) We would require a minimum of fourteen (14) days notice for vacating / extension of stay.
8) Forfeited of reservation fee for any cancellation of room reservation less than fourteen (14) days from
estimated check-in.
9) The Management reserves the rights for ad-hoc room inspection except for wardrobe under lock & safe.
10) EAST LODGE HOSTEL reserves the rights to revise the room rates on the advertisement, brochure and website without prior notice. |
