TERMS & CONDITIONS:-
1) All monthly billing base on calendar month. Subsequent Rates must be paid in advance.
2) The room Rates is NON-REFUNDABLE upon confirmation / payment. Only security deposit is refundable.
3) The room rate is inclusive of the electrical and water utilities charges.
4) Additional utilities charges would be charged such as mini fridge, TV, Mini HI-FI & etc.
5) We would require a minimum of 07 DAYS notice prior to check-out.
6) Provision of Common Kitchen (Cooking Utensils are not provided)
7) TV Room are provided from 1000hrs~2200hrs.
8) Common Study Room are provided.
9) Coin-Operated Washing Machine & Spin-Dryer.
10) Forfeiture of reservation fee for any cancellation of room reservation less than 14Days before the day of
check-in.
11) EAST LODGE HOSTEL reserves the rights to revise the room rates on the advertisement, brochure and website without prior notice.
